Police equipment manufacturer Axon sues FTC, alleges unconstitutional administrative court process (update*)

Police equipment manufacturer Axon sued the US Federal Trade Commission in an Arizona federal court today over the FTC's pushback to its purchase of a rival, alleging the agency's administrative proceedings violate the constitution's due-process clause. Axon took issue with commissioners' abilities to both bring in-house cases and to overturn decisions
