Plastics manager made thousands on ‘racing certainty’ spread betting, UK regulator says

A manager at UK plastic-manufacturing company RPC Group made 132,000 pounds ($173,000) profits on “racing certainty” spread betting using insider information about its planned takeover of a rival, a London court was told today.
