PKN Orlen offers new remedies in bid for EU approval of Lotos deal

PKN Orlen has again offered to amend its plan to buy rival Polish oil refiner Lotos, in a bid to win EU approval for the deal.
The remedy offer triggered a 15-working-day extension to the European Commission’s review deadline, which is now July 22.
