PKN Orlen cites Covid-19, EU jurisdiction question in defense of Lotos deal

PKN Orlen has cited the Covid-19 pandemic’s impact on the Polish economy and on the oil refining industry in its bid to win EU approval to buy rival Grupa Lotos, MLex has learned.
The Polish oil refiner also said the European Commission has yet to show that it has jurisdiction
