Pilgrim’s Pride to pay $110.5 million to resolve US chicken price-fixing allegations brought by DOJ

Pilgrim's Pride agreed to pay $110.5 million to settle price-fixing allegations brought by the US Department of Justice. The JBS-owned company announced today that it will pay the fine as part of a plea agreement it entered in a Colorado federal court.
