Phones4U loses UK damage claim against telco operators

Administrators for defunct retail outlet Phones4U have failed in their bid to recoup damages from Deutsche Telekom, O2, Vodafone and EE for allegedly forcing the company out of business through anti-competitive conduct.
The High Court in London said the operators hadn't broken EU or UK competition law.
