Philippine antitrust officials weigh in on controversial motorcycle-taxi regulatory debate

The Philippines' antitrust and land transport regulators haven't always seen eye to eye, but they finally sat down yesterday to discuss the increasingly controversial issue of how motorcycle taxis linked to ride-hailing services should be regulated.
