Peruvian pre-merger notification system will take effect June 14, Indecopi official says (correct*)

Peru's pre-merger notification system will take effect June 14, an official from the national competition authority told MLex.
The system was expected to have been implemented in April, but regulatory delays emerged.

On May 30, the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (Indecopi)
