Parker-Meggitt deal to be unconditionally cleared in Brazil

US-based Parker-Hannifin's planned 6.3 billion pound ($7.9 billion) acquisition of UK-based aerospace and defense company Meggitt will soon be approved without conditions in Brazil, MLex has learned.
