Packfilm-Terphane deal to face in-depth review in Brazil

Plastic makers PackFilm and Film Trading's planned acquisition of rival Terphane will face an in-depth review in Brazil after the national competition authority declared the transaction "complex."
The Superintendence of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, said the deal will result in a significant overlap in the market
