Packfilm-Terphane deal should be blocked in Brazil, CADE investigators say

PackFilm and Film Trading's planned acquisition of Terphane should be blocked in Brazil, national antitrust investigators said in an opinion, citing concerns over dominance in the market for thin biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate films.
