Ouro Verde tells CADE that Localiza would increase dominant position with 'anticompetitive' Unidas acquisition

Car rental firm Ouro Verde has told the Brazilian competition authority's Tribunal that Localiza doesn't need to acquire Unidas to become more competitive, as it's already number one in the market and the "anticompetitive" merger will give Localiza an even further dominant position.
