‘Order flow’ broker kickbacks could be banned after five years, EU Commission proposes

A new compromise proposal on kickbacks for brokers known as “payments for order flow” under EU markets rules would ban the practice after five years in countries that continue to allow it, a European Commission paper seen by MLex shows.
