Orange-Voo merger decision shows EU dismissed arguments over new entrants

Orange tried to persuade EU regulators to clear its takeover of Voo, because any harm to competition would be countered by Romanian operator Digi’s impending entry onto the national market, the European Commission’s newly published decision on the deal shows.
