Orange, MásMóvil deal should be reviewed in Spain, agency head says

Orange and MásMóvil´s merger should be reviewed by the Spanish competition authority, CNMC president Cani Fernández has told MLex.
The deal between the two telecom operators would likely meet thresholds for merger control at the EU level, but she told MLex that the Spanish authority intends to ask the European Commission
