OpenAI gets dismissal of privacy lawsuit filed by software engineers

A California federal judge dismissed a lawsuit against OpenAI brought by software engineers alleging the company broke privacy laws because the complaint “contain[ed] swaths of unnecessary and distracting allegations,” according to the order to dismiss filed today.
