OI mobile business sale should be approved with behavioral conditions, CADE Superintendence says

The sale of OI's mobile business to Telefônica Brasil, TIM and Claro should be cleared with behavioral conditions in order to allay competition concerns about the parties' potential refusal to supply access to their mobile networks to rivals, Brazilian antitrust investigators said in an opinion today.
