Nuctech sees France weigh in against its foreign subsidies probe appeal

Security scanner manufacturer Nuctech will have to face off against France in its fight to overturn European Commission dawn raids probing the existence of distortive Chinese subsidies, MLex has learned. 
The French government has asked the EU General Court to take part in the case to support the commission’s inspection
