Notification for Latam-Azul codeshare agreement unlikely in Brazil

Latam Airlines Brasil and Azul Linhas Aéreas will likely not have to notify their codeshare agreement to the Brazilian competition authority, MLex has learned. The Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, had asked the parties to submit information about their deal while it decides whether notification is necessary.
