Norway's Statkraft signs leniency agreement in Brazil, fined 18 million reais plus reimbursements

Brazilian subsidiaries of Norwegian renewable energy firm Statkraft signed a leniency agreement with the country’s authorities regarding Statkraft’s involvement in corruption and bribery in an acquisition in 2015.
In an agreement signed Friday with Brazil’s Comptroller General’s Office and Attorney General’s Office, Statkraft agreed to pay 18 million reais ($3.26 million)
