No remedy talks emerge in PSA-Fiat merger review in Brazil

The Brazilian review of Groupe PSA’s proposed merger with Fiat Chrysler hasn’t resulted in any remedy talks so far, MLex has learned.
The absence of settlement negotiations this late in the review process is usually an indication the deal is likely to be approved without conditions.
