No remedies needed in Nestlé-Garoto deal, CADE Superintendent Barreto says

The Brazilian competition authority has found no competition issues in the chocolate industry merger between Nestlé and Garoto, so imposing remedies won't be necessary, said agency Superintendent Alexandre Barreto.
