Nissan issued corrective recommendation from Japanese regulator in largest subcontract law violation in 20 years

Nissan Motor was issued a corrective recommendation by Japan’s antitrust regulator today for pressuring dozens of its car-parts suppliers to discount their products, in a record subcontractor violation that cheated the companies of a total of 3 billion yen ($20 million).
