Nippon Chemi-con employee testifies at US capacitors cartel trial; Avnet questions validity

Nippon Chemi-con executive Tomohiro Inoue appeared at a San Francisco federal courtroom to explain to a jury why the company is fighting US antitrust claims from Avnet over its role in a capacitors cartel, as the defense put on its case today.
