Ânima's planned purchase of Laureate Brasil unconditionally cleared by CADE

Ânima Educação has received Brazilian antitrust approval, without conditions, for its planned buyout of Laureate Brasil, according to a decision published today.
The parties filed paperwork with the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, on Dec. 4 under a full-form notification.
