Ânima, Laureate to file paperwork with CADE this month using full-form notification

Ânima Educação will file paperwork for its planned acquisition of Laureate Brasil with the Brazilian competition authority this month using a full-form notification, MLex has learned.
The companies recently met with officials from the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, to discuss their 4.4 billion reais ($860 million) deal
