Newcastle United sees Sports Direct football-kit lawsuit scheduled for trial in 2026

UK retailer Sports Direct has seen its competition-law lawsuit against Newcastle United Football Club over the selling of replica kits scheduled for a multiweek trial in February 2026
The litigants convened today at a case-management conference at the Competition Appeal Tribunal, the UK's specialized antitrust court.
