Newcastle United’s antitrust claim must be struck out or halted, Premier League tells UK judge

The operators of the UK’s top-flight football league told a UK judge today that an antitrust claim from one of its clubs, Newcastle United, over the collapse of its sale to Saudi investors must be struck out or halted until parallel arbitration proceedings on the matter are over.
