New York antitrust law changes including premerger notification requirement approved by state Senate

A wide array of changes to New York’s antitrust law, including a requirement to notify mergers to the state attorney general’s office and an “abuse of dominance standard” that would give the state enforcement powers not seen elsewhere in the US, were approved by the state Senate today.
