Netflix will defy order to carry Russian state television channels

Netflix will not comply with a new Russian law requiring audiovisual service companies to carry state media channels, a company spokesperson said.
Companies providing audiovisual services to more than 100,000 users in Russia will be obliged, as of March 1, to stream 20 state TV channels.
