Netflix, SK Broadband begin appraisal preparation in South Korea network fee dispute

Netflix and SK Broadband will undergo an appraisal process to determine the network fee that the South Korean Internet service provider claims the US streaming giant owes to the company, with a Seoul court narrowing down the selection of the organization responsible for conducting the appraisal to two state-funded institutes.
