Neos challenges Ryanair’s overturning of Italian aid to airlines at top EU court

Italian air carrier Neos has gone to the EU’s top court, challenging Ryanair’s lower court victory in appealing the EU's approval of Italian government support to small airlines during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The European Commission is not appealing the judgment, a spokesperson said.
