Multiple companies, individuals targeted in Brazilian bid-rigging cartel probe into contracts with Transpetro

Fifteen companies including Blaspint, Queiroz Galvão and Egesa Engenharia, as well as 14 individuals, have been targeted in a Brazilian formal cartel probe involving public bids to win contracts with Petrobras Transportes, or Transpetro, in the market for the provision of industrial maintenance services in pipelines, tanks and waterway terminals.
