Morgan Stanley, HSBC to fight UK bond-cartel charges laid against five big banks today

Morgan Stanley, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Citigroup and Royal Bank of Canada have received formal antitrust charges in the UK in a long-running probe over suspicions that they shared sensitive information on UK government bonds between 2009 and 2013.
