Monaco’s silence blamed as Italy drops Congo corruption probe into Eni CEO, others

Oil giant Eni has seen Italian authorities abandon a corruption probe into its chief executive and seven other individuals after a five-year refusal by Monaco to respond to a request for cooperation.
