Microsoft’s UK solution to Activision deal ‘doesn't interfere’ with EU commitments

Microsoft’s reworked deal to acquire Activision Blizzard and placate competition concerns in the UK won’t upset parallel promises it agreed with the European Commission in May, the EU regulator said. The software giant will not have to renotify the transaction for EU merger clearance, it confirmed.
