Microsoft's play for Activision Blizzard cleared by New Zealand competition regulator

Microsoft's move to acquire video games developer Activision Blizzard has been cleared by New Zealand's competition regulator.
In a statement announcing its decision today (see here), the New Zealand Commerce Commission said it had granted clearance for Microsoft Corporation to acquire 100 percent of the common stock of Activision Blizzard.
