Microsoft attorney tells FTC judge potential Activision remedy with EU, UK would also be offered to US

Counsel for Microsoft told the US Federal Trade Commission’s administrative law judge in a hearing today that any potential remedy entered into with European and British regulators to resolve the Activision deal will also be offered to the agency.
