Microsoft-Activision deal challenge from gamers needs redraft, US judge says

Gamers challenging Microsoft’s acquisition of Activision Blizzard will need to redraft their complaint, the California federal judge in the case said today following a hearing on the tech giant’s motion to have it dismissed.
