Microsoft-Activision Blizzard deal cleared without conditions in Chile

The planned acquisition of Activision Blizzard by Microsoft has been cleared without remedies by the Chilean competition authority. The parties filed paperwork with the Fiscalía Nacional Económica, or FNE, for their deal in July, according to the agency. The transaction value is $68.7 billion.
