Meyer needs evidence to prove parallel pricing was collusion, Taching, Shell tell Hong Kong court

Taching Petroleum and Shell Hong Kong, which are accused of fixing prices on diesel sales to Meyer Aluminium, told a Hong Kong court today that Meyer needed factual evidence to prove its allegations, instead of only pointing to  parallel pricing.
