Mexican competition authority improving tools to foster competition in digital markets, official says

The recent growth in mergers and acquisitions in digital markets has forced the Mexican competition authority to strengthen its capabilities in analyzing and addressing a deal’s potential competition impacts on Mexican markets in general, the agency’s head for digital markets said.
