Meta’s bid to dismiss lawsuit over use of Pixel tracking on DMV website likely to be denied, US judge says

Meta Platforms’ bid to dismiss a proposed class-action lawsuit over the use of its Pixel web-tracking code on the website of California Department of Motor Vehicles is likely to be denied, a US judge said today.
