Meta must face Tennessee's claims over addictive algorithms, state judge finds

Allegations that Meta Platforms violated Tennessee consumer protection laws by using addictive algorithms to keep children and teens on Instagram too long can move forward, a Chancery Court judge in Davidson County said this week.
