Meta loses bid to halt US FTC's move to prohibit monetization of minors' personal data

Meta Platforms suffered another setback in its effort to block the US Federal Trade Commission from reopening and expanding a 2020 privacy settlement, with a federal judge in Washington DC denying the company’s motion for an injunction freezing the FTC action while Meta appeals the matter.
