Meta alleges uncertainties about US FTC expert report as VR fitness app antitrust hearing looms this week

Meta Platforms provided a peek at its strategy to stop the US Federal Trade Commission from blocking its purchase of virtual reality app-maker Within at an evidentiary hearing set to begin Thursday, with Meta telling a federal judge today that a key FTC expert’s survey relies on “a Russian nesting doll”
