Merging companies with multi-jurisdictional probes told to engage early with UK CMA

Businesses with deals being reviewed in multiple jurisdictions have been told to engage early by the UK competition authority, as it prepares for a step-up in its workload following the end of the Brexit transition period at the end of the year.

The change has come in updated jurisdiction and procedural
