Mergers reviewed by KFTC in 2019 exceed decade-high recorded in 2018

Mergers reviewed by the South Korean competition regulator climbed in 2019 after reaching a decade-high the previous year, led by an increase in domestic as well as global deals that needed approval in South Korea.

According to the annual report on mergers released by the Korea Fair Trade Commission,
