Meituan food-delivery platform to face market dominance abuse case in Chinese court

Beijing Intellectual Property Court has accepted an antitrust lawsuit lodged by an individual consumer, accusing Meituan of abuse of market dominance, according to a report by CE Weekly, a magazine supervised by the People’s Daily, a mouthpiece of China’s government.
