Medtronic Korea fined by KFTC for restricting competition in medical equipment market

Medtronic Korea, a South Korean business of US medical device company Medtronic, was fined 270 million won ($225,221) by Korea Fair Trade Commission, or KFTC, today for restricting competition in the medical equipment market and the autonomy of local distributors to set prices and places of supply.
